Overview:

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist plays a key role in the daily operations of our production team by managing the flow of materials in and out of our facility. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things moving efficiently. What You’ll Do

Shipping & Receiving Operations:

• Prepare, pack, label, and ship merchandise or materials
• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Arrange transportation of products through USPS, UPS, FEDEX and other carriers as needed

Inventory & Organization:

• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels and tracking product movement
• Support team members with locating and moving materials as needed

Administrative Support:

• Enter shipping and receiving data into company systems
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., UPS, FedEx software)
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
